Information for Erasmus+ students

Deadline for uploading documentation of changes to the mobility platform: 6. March 2026
We will not sign learning agreements after the deadline, please pay attention to this!
Registration:
You will receive the registration date from the study administrator.
Please note that according to university regulations, you may be allowed to miss classes three times. Therefore, you are required to arrive and enroll by the end of the third week at the latest. If you are arriving from a country that requires a visa, please also take this into account.
Changing courses:
If there is a conflict in your schedule, or you do not wish to complete the subject, you have the option to change it by the specified deadline, but you can only register for it if there are still places available on the course.
Subjects can only be added or dropped during the specified period. Available subjects can be find here:

You can only choose from the subjects available on the website, and only those with the subject code K… (only for electrical engineering students), or which are offered to all students.
You have to send a clear request to your study administrator, stating what you want to change, with the exact subject code and name, but you also have to check with the coordinators. (At home and here too.)
The course change also needs to be listed on the learning agreement. After the course change period is over, you need to list the courses you dropped and added in the during mobility or changing section (the second part of the LA, important: don’t change anything in the original courses listed in the first part!). Once you and your coordinator have signed it, you will need to upload it to the mobility platform. https://mobility.uni-obuda.hu/en
We will not accept any changes after the deadline.
