A new academic year is about to begin at the Kandó Kálmán Faculty of Electrical Engineering, and we are looking forward to welcoming our new students!
As part of Registration Week, we have prepared two important programs for our Electrical Engineering BSc, MSc and Erasmus+ students. Welcome Festival at Kandó – 4 September 2026
This year, for the first time, Kandó freshmen will also join the Welcome Festival, an award-winning training program run by the Bánki Wellbeing Center.
The Welcome Festival is a shared, personal, all-day experience during Registration Week, designed to help students get ready for university studies, meet their fellow students and become part of the university community.
We believe that university is easier to get through when you can rely on your fellow students. That is why the day is built around shared experiences and small-group activities, giving students plenty of opportunities to get to know each other in a relaxed atmosphere – and hopefully laugh a lot along the way!
